Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a permanent role at Joo Koon. You will lead the operations team, oversee planning, budgets and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

The role requires lean expertise, ERP SAP and MRP proficiency, and collaboration with multiple departments and partners to optimize overall performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering with valve manufacturing/repair experience.
Experience leading operations and achieving safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
Lean mindset with 5S, Visual Management, Standardized Work and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the operational team, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
Operational Planning: Develop plans, budgets and priorities to address resources and challenges; responsible for budgeting and cost control.
Performance Management: Conduct appraisals, hiring and training, and development plans to enhance capabilities.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues with minimal disruption.
Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to integrate processes and achieve goals.
