The role requires coordinating across departments and managing forecasts, lead times, and resource allocation. You will drive continuous improvement, spearhead lean initiatives, manage budget and variance, and liaise with QA, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in multinational, cross-functional settings.
• Ability to present and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven, hands-on professional capable in start-up environments.
• Proven track record in improving lead times and lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage work order planning and release across departments.
• Ensure on-time delivery aligned with specs and cost targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive lean improvements.
• Oversee plant operations, resources, and budgeting for cost savings.
• Lead ERP initiatives (Epicor) and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations, QA, suppliers, and customers.
• Expedite material flow from sub-tier suppliers and manage POs.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
