Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing management principles, quality systems, and safety requirements.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and leading continuous improvement projects.
• Skilled in writing Standard Operating Procedures and production performance reports.
• Effective leadership and people management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, and execute daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets efficiently
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and production operators to achieve quality, productivity, and cost objectives
• Identify and resolve production line issues by analyzing equipment capacities and constraints to eliminate bottlenecks
• Anticipate potential operational challenges, elevate appropriately, and implement preventive solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational excellence
• Coordinate and support new product introduction activities to ensure smooth integration into production
• Collaborate with management, internal teams, and contract manufacturers to communicate project status and resolve issues
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring end-to-end execution and timely closure
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies by identifying hazards and enforcing site safety measures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors to support manufacturing operations
