You will manage daily operations, monitor project progress, and implement SOPs while coordinating with teams across the company to ensure high service standards and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or business administration roles.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate resources.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining SOPs.
• Experience with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., MS 365, Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and initiatives.
• Oversee staff activities and onboarding processes to integrate new employees.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead automation and efficiency improvements using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, AI tools, and related systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and coordinate renewals and service quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement and service delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management.
