is seeking a Business & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across the organisation, ensuring service standards and efficient processes. You will manage resources, finance, purchasing, and inventory, lead teams through planning, training and performance management, and collaborate with customers, suppliers and partners to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business management, service management, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, organisational, financial and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded with integrity and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational, administrative, and business functions.
• Ensure resources, manpower, equipment, supplies, and processes are managed effectively with SOPs, service standards, and company policies.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Lead and develop employees through manpower planning, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee the financial and commercial aspects including revenue, operating costs, budgets, purchasing, pricing, inventory, and resource utilisation.
• Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement across service quality and overall performance.
