Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Ability to delegate while maintaining control over operations and customer service.
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with business productivity software and quick learning of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
