ZEN BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Operations Manager to oversee stock management, logistics, and training coordination across outlets in Singapore.

You will liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and third-party training partners, ensure work passes for visiting trainers, and provide regular stock and training reports.

The role requires independent work, strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment, with on-site duties in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock levels at outlets with Sales team.
• Coordinate replenishment and delivery with Warehouse team.
• Plan and schedule training sessions for new outlets with third-party partner, including visits to Singapore.
• Work with HR to arrange work passes for trainers visiting Singapore.
• Provide regular updates and reports on stock movement, replenishment schedules, and training activities.
• Resolve logistical challenges and ensure smooth operational processes.

About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Operations Manager to oversee stock management, logistics, and training coordination across our outlets. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to monitor and track stock levels at outlets.
• Liaise with the Warehouse team to arrange timely replenishment and delivery of stocks.
• Work closely with our third-party partner company to plan and schedule training sessions for newly sourced outlets, including coordinating their visits to Singapore.
• Liaise with the HR department to ensure proper processing of work passes for trainers visiting Singapore.
• Provide regular updates and reports on stock movement, replenishment schedules, and training activities.
• Ensure smooth operational processes and resolve any logistical challenges that may arise.

Requirements:
