Job summary

Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital initiatives to boost productivity and service quality, manage P&L, and support customer renewals and expansions. This role demands strong leadership and strategic vision in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale site operations in a 3PL context.
• Proven ability to drive cost optimisation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for site operations, including warehouse management, workflow optimization, facility planning, and automation initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization through effective spend management, reviewing overtime, third-party expenses, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Act as the primary operational and commercial liaison for customers, supporting contract renewals and business expansion opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects to improve productivity, operational performance, and service quality.
• Manage site P&L, budgeting, resource planning, and approval of operational expenditures within assigned authority limits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements while overseeing manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce performance management.
