Job summary

JY CONNECTION & TRADING(JYCT) PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations manager to optimize processes, manage budgets, and lead a team in a fast-moving environment. You will coordinate across departments and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or supervision, with strong analytical, communication, and ERP/data-tool proficiency to drive profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an operations management or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to interpret metrics, review financial reports, and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
