Job summary

CTS OFFSHORE AND MARINE (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent admin liaison professional to handle day-to-day client and vendor interactions, quotation preparation, and coordination with vendors and vessel agents for job planning.

The role includes preparing job reports and invoices and discussing them with clients. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, is fluent in English, and has at least 3 years of experience in the Marine/Shipping sector, especially in service/repair/management contexts.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Experience in Marine/Shipping industry for 3+ years in service/repair/management companies related to shipping.
