Job summary

Neo Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the performance of assigned kitchens in Singapore. You will oversee food preparation, ensure quality and hygiene, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to staff development. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in F&B Management/Operations (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a food production setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Management/Operations, Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in food production setting.
• Resourceful and innovative.
• Able to work 6 days work week and on PH/CNY.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail.
