Job summary

re sustainability cleantech pte. ltd. is seeking a results-driven operations manager in Singapore to lead daily operations and drive efficiency across the fleet and staff.

You will plan and deploy driver rosters, implement new procedures, monitor KPIs, manage assets, and liaise with customers and contractors. The role requires 3–5 years in a managerial capacity and an engineering/environmental degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in engineering or environmental certificates.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a managerial role.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Plan, deploy and manage driver rostering and manpower.
• Develop and implement new operational procedures.
• Review productivity initiatives and optimize KPIs.
• Manage assets and coordinate with stakeholders for performance and serviceability.
• Liaise with customers and Contractors on operational matters.
• Oversee recruitment and orientation for drivers and crews.
• Monitor inventory and prepare monthly operation reports.
• Conduct staff training and support BD activities.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations


• Perform daily manpower planning, deployment and management of staff roster


• Plan, develop, revise and implement new operational procedures


• Review and implement Productivity and Innovation initiatives


• Monitor, analyse and implement measures to optimize operational KPI


• Overall asset management to ensure optimal performance and serviceability with all stakeholders


• Liaison with customers on operational matters


• Liaison with Contractors on Vehicle and Equipment breakdowns


• Driver Attendance, Leave Planning & Off Planning


• Recruitment and Orientation for new drivers and crews


• Inventory management


• Prepare Monthly Reports - Operational/Incident/Accident/KPIs, etc


• Monthly Training for Staff


• Liaison Support BD activities


• Incident/Accident investigation and Reporting


• Any other duty as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering / environmental certificates
