SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Clinic. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of care while ensuring efficient service delivery in a dynamic clinical environment.

You will monitor performance, drive process improvements and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize capacity, resources and manpower planning to meet organisational targets.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Resourceful, IT-savvy and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
