Job summary

JurongHealth Campus invites a qualified professional to join as Manager, Clinical Operations, leading Clinical Service Planning to ensure smooth, patient-centred care across outpatient services.

You will work with clinic operations, nursing and clinical departments to drive planning, performance monitoring and project implementation, improving efficiency and patient experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Healthcare Management, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, administration, project management or related field; healthcare setting experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; dashboard tools experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of operational activities across Specialist Outpatient Clinics, including resource planning, procurement and asset management.
• Oversee analysis and interpretation of operational data (clinic utilisation, wait times, lead times, referral trends) and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives and operational projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring and risk management.
• Manage administrative and financial processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, expenditure tracking and onboarding/offboarding support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support staff engagement activities and service feedback follow-up.

Working closely with clinic operations teams, nursing, clinical departments and corporate services, you will lead operational planning, performance monitoring, project implementation and stakeholder coordination to enhance patient experience, optimise resource utilisation and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of operational activities across Specialist Outpatient Clinics, including resource planning, procurement and asset management.
• Oversee the compilation, analysis and interpretation of operational data such as clinic utilisation, wait times, lead times, referral trends, attendance rates and turnaround times, and prepare timely dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives and operational projects, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Manage administrative and financial processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, expenditure tracking, inventory and asset records, payment processing and staff onboarding or offboarding support.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and support staff engagement activities, events, workshops, meetings and the follow-up of service feedback.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Healthcare Management, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Preferably 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, administration, project management or a related field; experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver work in a fast-paced environment.
