ADEPTWERKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage deliveries, inventory movements, and on-site setup for project activities.

You will liaise with suppliers and vendors, monitor stock levels, and support events while helping to improve operational processes and ensuring compliance and safety.

Formación

• Holds a Class 3/3A driving license.
• Hardworking and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Logistics coordination: support delivery, collection, and setup per project schedules.
• Supplier and vendor coordination: communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory management: monitor stock levels and assist with inventory tracking and warehousing.
• Project & event support: assist operations with on-site setup, dismantling, and coordination.
• Operational improvement: identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Documentation & reporting: maintain records of deliveries, movements, and activities.
• Compliance & safety: ensure activities conform to policies and regulations.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Coordination – Support delivery, collection, and setup arrangements according to project schedules and inventory movement requirements.
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory tracking, and support warehouse organization and procurement activities.
• Project & Event Support – Assist the operations team with event/project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination when required.
• Operational Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and productivity.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of deliveries, setups, inventory movements, and other operational activities.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure all logistics and operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
