Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a logistics support assistant to manage orders and shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with internal teams and customers, review supplier invoices, monitor freight costs, and contribute to AI/automation initiatives to streamline processes. Strong data entry and MS Office skills are essential, with good communication and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of working experience in logistics or any industry.
• Data entry and handling large volumes of data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A good team player with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, process and update orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Check and process supplier invoices before submitting them to Finance.
• Monitor freight and insurance charges, resolve billing issues and prepare monthly reports.
• Support and improve RPA, AI and automation processes.
• Identify operational issues, solve problems and improve work processes.
