Job summary

Maersk Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities. The role involves generating KPIs, confirming vendor invoices, and coordinating with transporters to ensure timely deliveries.

The position requires hands-on support in warehouse operations, proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Excel, and the ability to work on Jurong Island within the industrial area.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Ability to generate KPI reports and coordinate with operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities.
• Provide information/feedback on operational issues and coordinate resolutions with customers.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers.
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise on discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supplies usage and raise POs for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and transporter.
• Ensure accuracy and timely update of system transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by manager from time to time.
