Job summary

Maersk in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities. You will work closely with the operations team to provide information to customers and coordinate with them to resolve issues.

You will generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers, verify vendor invoices, monitor warehouse supplies, raise POs for replenishment, and ensure accurate system transactions while

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics operations is preferred (1 year).
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment related activities.
• Coordinate with customers and operations to resolve operational issues and provide timely feedback.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers.
• Verify vendor invoices and liaise with vendors on discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment; coordinate urgent orders with customers, operations and transporters.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of system transactions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
