Job summary

Maersk in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities. You will generate KPIs and reports, verify invoices with vendors, and coordinate urgent orders across customers, operations and transporters.

Qualifications

• ITE /Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and WMS/Exceed System.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and operations on order fulfillment, inventory and shipments.
• Coordinate feedback to customers on operational issues and resolve them.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers.
• Verify vendor invoices and follow up on discrepancies.
• Raise POs for replenishment and maintain system transactions.
