Job summary

GENIUS BRIO PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a technology-driven environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop scalable processes, and manage client onboarding while driving performance and service improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in operations management, business operations or related sectors.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and improving operational processes.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance against defined objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve performance, service quality and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate across internal teams for project delivery.
• Review workflows, identify gaps and implement improvements to boost productivity.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze data and recommend actions based on results.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement of standards.
• Manage client and partner onboarding, ensuring requirements and service expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, internal controls and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business development, product, technology, finance and management to support new initiatives.
• Support customer acquisition, referral and loyalty programs to drive engagement.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, coordinating internal resources as needed.
