Job summary

Grey & Sanders is seeking a proactive Operations professional to join our busy team in Singapore. Depending on experience, the role may be Assistant Operations Manager or Operations Manager, with ownership of end-to-end operational processes across 3PL, warehouse, inventory, quality control, supplier management, order fulfilment and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, hands-on and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive process improvements and resolve

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, warehouse management or a related field; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Operations Manager role.
Experience in retail, furniture or homeware businesses is a plus.
Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse and fulfilment operations.
Experience managing 3PL or external logistics partners is advantageous.
Ability to manage quality control and supplier relationships, and to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

3PL & Warehouse Management: monitor performance, audits, stock discrepancies and service levels.
Inventory Management: maintain high inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Factory Quality Control & Supplier Management: conduct inspections and drive corrective actions.
Order Fulfilment & After-Sales Support: oversee end-to-end fulfilment and customer issue resolution.
Operational Improvement & Coordination: identify inefficiencies and drive cross-team process improvements.
