Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced operations professional to oversee daily warehouse or production activities in Singapore. You will coordinate inbound/outbound, ensure timely execution, and monitor productivity and quality metrics to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires supervisory or team-leading experience and a minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC or Diploma; attention to documentation and system accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse/production teams.
• Experience in daily operations and KPI monitoring.
• Strong focus on accuracy and documentation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily warehouse or production activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, or production activities as assigned.
• Monitor productivity, work quality, and operational KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Support inventory counts, stock takes, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and system transactions.
• Minimize operational errors, damages, and discrepancies.
• Support supervisors and operational teams in maintaining smooth daily operations.
