Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore, is seeking a full-time shift-based operations leader to oversee manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, ensuring production targets are met while driving safety and quality.

You will coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, monitor KPIs, lead root-cause analyses and implement continuous improvements. A diploma or degree in a related field with at least 5 years in high-tech manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• At least 3 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, server manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse and material management.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and delivery performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, cycle counts, stock accuracy and material movement.
• Ensure timely material supply to production and shipment of finished goods.
• Lead, coach and develop operations teams, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company policies.
