Job summary

You will guide staff, monitor compliance with HSE and quality standards, and work with customers and transporters to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. Qualifications

• 3 years of operations or warehouse experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• VBA knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau or other dashboards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities.
• Allocate resources to support daily operations and KPIs.
• Assist team members in resolving booking and operational issues.
• Provide guidance and training to administrative staff.
• Monitor compliance with HSE, quality, security requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and transporters on day-to-day matters.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Plan overtime arrangements based on requirements.
