Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations at Napier MRT Station. You will report incidents, faults and non-compliance to stakeholders and keep records up to date while coordinating shift schedules.

You will work 2ON 2OFF shifts (7:30am-7:30pm or 7:30pm-7:30am) and support business continuity plans, fire drills and evacuations, with periodic checks and additional admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Able to work rotating shift hours (2ON 2OFF, 7:30–19:30 or 19:30–07:30).
• A solid understanding of service operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily smooth operations.
• Report non-compliance, faults and incidents to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Submit daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports punctually.
• Handle emergencies to maintain Operations Centre functions.
• Assist Operations Manager with business continuity plans, fire drills and evacuations.
• Supervise and conduct periodic checks.
• Perform additional daily operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Ensuring daily smooth operations
• Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)
• Ensuring all daily, monthly, ad-hoc reports are submitted punctually
• Handling emergency situations appropriately without compromising the functions of Operations Centre
• Working with the Operation Manager on all business continuity plans, fire drills, evacuations exercises
• Supervise and conduct periodic checks
• Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Able to work to do shift hours
• Possess good understanding of service operations
• Experienced in handling emergency situations

• Working Hours: 7:30am to 7:30pm / 7:30pm to 7:30am (1-hour break)
• Location: Napier MRT Station
• Shift Pattern: 2ON 2OFF
• Half yearly Performance Bonus!
