Job summary

PERSOL at Napier MRT Station in Singapore is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure safe, efficient visitor experiences. You will report incidents, manage exceptions, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep the Operations Centre functioning smoothly.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, ability to work rotating shifts, and a solid understanding of service operations. A proactive approach to emergencies and continuity planning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring daily smooth operations
• Reporting incidents and non-compliance to stakeholders promptly
• Submitting daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports on time
• Handling emergencies without disrupting Operations Centre functions
• Supporting business continuity plans, fire drills and evacuations
• Supervising and conducting periodic checks
• Carrying out other daily operational and administrative duties

Job Duties

• Ensuring daily smooth operations
• Ensuring all relevant information is reported to respective stakeholders and recorded on a timely manner (i.e. non-compliance activities, faults, incidents)
• Ensuring all daily, monthly, ad-hoc reports are submitted punctually
• Handling emergency situations appropriately without compromising the functions of Operations Centre
• Working with the Operation Manager on all business continuity plans, fire drills, evacuations exercises
• Supervise and conduct periodic checks
• Other daily operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Able to work to do shift hours
• Possess good understanding of service operations
• Experienced in handling emergency situations

• Working Hours: 7:30am to 7:30pm / 7:30pm to 7:30am (1-hour break)
• Location: Napier MRT Station
• Shift Pattern: 2ON 2OFF
• Half yearly Performance Bonus!
