Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee ground operations at our Tuas site.

You will lead staff deployment, monitor day-to-day operations, ensure safety and compliance, handle enquiries, and oversee cash handling and reconciliation processes. A minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of supervisory experience is required. You should be a good team player with a cheerful attitude, meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal

Responsibilities

• Oversees ground operation at site with staffing deployment and manpower operations
• Handles inquiries and minimizes disruptions while ensuring safety and site guidelines
• Verifying reports and documents, including refunds, and ensuring accuracy
• Ensures adherence to SOPs and conducts audits for compliance
• Manages daily cash operations with timely banking and cash reconciliation
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties

Job description

Working Hours / Location:

• Location: Tuas
• Working Days:Mon - Fri
• Working Hours:8.30am - 6.30pm (Mon - Thurs) /8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Duties

• Oversees the ground operation at respective site with respect to overallstaffsdeployment, running ofmanpoweroperations and handling of enquiries
• Managed operational matters by making timely decisions to minimise disruptions, while ensuring all staff adhered to safety, security, and site guidelines
• Verifying all reports and documents, including refund applications and submissions, and ensure that all information shown on the reports or documents areaccurate
• Ensured adherence to operational and financial SOPs by staff, while conducting audits to maintain compliance and implement updates as required
• Managed daily cash operations by ensuring timely banking of collections and performing cash reconciliation to verify accuracy against declared totals
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min Diplomain any discipline with minimally 5 years ofsupervisoryexperience
