Job summary

BCRS Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Return Point Network Operators (RPNOs) across Singapore. You will drive KPI performance, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with the BCRS licence while coordinating with retailers, site owners and logistics partners.

You will work hands-on in a regulated multi-stakeholder environment, owning escalation processes, improving SOPs, and delivering operational improvements for a reliable, safe network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in operations management, preferably in logistics or regulated environments.
• Experience managing third-party operators against KPIs, SLAs, and contracts.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technology teams on system development and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RPNO operational performance across regions, ensuring licence compliance, SLAs and SOPs.
• Monitor machine uptime, service reliability, and retailer servicing.
• Track KPI performance including uptime, incidents, and reporting quality.
• Lead incident reviews, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with retailers, site owners and logistics partners on operations.
• Develop and improve SOPs, escalation frameworks and operational controls.
• Prepare reports and evidence for regulatory reviews and audits.
