Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee construction project operations, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment and schedules across sites in Singapore.

You will monitor KPI performance, drive process improvements, manage logistics and costs, and collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Construction or related field, brings 5+ years of relevant

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Construction or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in construction/project operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
ERP/construction management system experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate construction projects, manpower, materials, equipment and schedules.
Manage logistics, material deliveries, transportation and inventory across project sites.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, production and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, inventory levels, project progress and operational costs.
Identify delays, bottlenecks, wastage and resource issues, and implement corrective actions.
Improve operational processes, workflows and SOPs to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
