Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks an Operations and Programme Manager to support the planning, implementation and operations of the Medical 3D Printing Centre. You will coordinate across partners, manage projects, monitor performance and drive workflow improvements for patient care and efficiency.

You will liaise with clinical leaders and corporate departments, oversee budgets and procurement, and ensure readiness of infrastructure, systems, and change management for new services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 1 year of relevant healthcare administration experience.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, and operational reporting is advantageous.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support operational planning and implementation of the Medical 3DP Centre’s services.
• Coordinate cross-institutional workflows under the hub-and-spoke model.
• Support integration of operational workflows with NGEMR (EPIC) and other systems.
• Manage and support departmental projects, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate procurement and infrastructure readiness activities.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance and Facilities to support centre needs.
• Assist in scaling services across institutions and maintaining service quality.
