Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager for Medical 3D Printing (3DP) and Clinical Operations. You will support planning, implementation, and daily operations of the Medical 3DP Centre, coordinating with clinical leaders, IT, finance, procurement and external partners to deliver efficient care models and sustainable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of healthcare admin experience.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement and operational reporting is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English; good interpersonal skills.
• Numerical proficiency with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support operational planning and implementation of the Medical 3DP Centre's services and workflows.
• Coordinate operational processes across hub-and-spoke partners.
• Assist integration of workflows with NGEMR (EPIC) and other systems.
• Manage departmental projects, track progress, mitigate risks, ensure on-budget delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and support reporting for decision making.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Finance, Procurement and Facilities to support operations.
• Assist in service expansion and readiness initiatives.
