Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is seeking a Medical 3D Printing Engineer to translate imaging data into patient-specific models, guides, and devices for clinical use across its network of institutions. The role covers end-to-end 3D printing workflows from image processing to manufacturing, quality assurance, and clinical application, with a roster across Tan Tock Seng Hospital, NUH, KTPH, NTFGH and WHC.

The position requires a Biomedical/Mechanical engineering degree and experience in medical 3D

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in medical 3D printing or healthcare engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with medical image processing and CAD/3D modelling tools.
• Understanding of anatomy and clinical applications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical requirements into 3D printing solutions.
• Perform medical image segmentation and anatomical model reconstruction.
• Operate and manage 3D printing systems across hospital sites.
• Ensure accuracy, usability and clinical relevance of models.
• Maintain digital workflows and prepare STL files.
• Contribute to SOPs and best practices across institutions.
