Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is seeking a capable operations and programme manager to support the Medical 3D Printing Centre. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, procurement and integration across clinical and corporate teams to deliver efficient care models.

You’ll work with clinical leaders, partner institutions and external stakeholders to drive workflow improvements, change management and service expansion while ensuring financial sustainability and patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Strong numerical proficiency with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills; multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of written and spoken English with effective interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation and operations of the Medical 3D Printing Centre.
• Coordinate operational processes across partner institutions in a hub-and-spoke model.
• Integrate operational workflows with NGEMR/EPIC and other systems.
• Manage projects with progress tracking, risk mitigation and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with reporting to inform decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement and infrastructure readiness.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Finance, Procurement and Facilities to support Centre needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and service expansion initiatives.
