Qualifications

• Experience sourcing suppliers and supporting commercial negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite, or similar).
• Experience managing procurement activities from requisition through payment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing vendor management processes.
• Track procurement requests, contracts, purchase orders, and payment status to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Nebius procurement policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers and service providers to support operational excellence and business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency, and supplier performance.

Job description

The IT Supply Operations Specialist is responsible for managing operational procurement activities for Data Center Infrastructure and Network Connectivity services across the APAC region. This role ensures the efficient sourcing, purchasing, contracting, and payment of IT infrastructure services while partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers.

• Familiarity with telecom and connectivity services, including IP Transit, DIA, Dark Fiber, Cross Connects, Colocation, and Remote Hands.
• Experience working with suppliers across the APAC region.
• Experience supporting Data Center build‑out or expansion projects.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract administration.
