Job summary

The position is full-time, based in Singapore, with work hours 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Salary ranges from SGD 4,200 to 5,200 per month, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a senior operation, senior customer service, corporate planning, strategical or managerial role at the same company.
• Strong logical thinking and reasoning ability.
• Proficient English writing; Mandarin and Bahasa skills are a bonus for liaising with partners.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the services department.
• Periodically rotate through executive-level duties in the operations department.
• Propose modifications to increase work efficiency and reduce human error.
• Directly manage the performance and KPI achievement of a team of operations executives based overseas.
• Track changes in work processes and update standard operating procedure manuals.
• Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors.
• Create plans for implementing and improving business strategies in the operations department.
• Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
• Align processes, resource planning and department goals with the company’s overall business strategy.
• Provide support to executive-level staff during significant organisational changes.
