Job summary

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) invites an enthusiastic intern to join the Development and Engagement team on a flexible basis. The role focuses on prospect research, data management and supporting stakeholder engagement across programmes and events.

You will gain hands-on experience in non-profit fundraising while collaborating with colleagues from different departments, reporting to the Associate Director, Development and Partnerships, and contributing to our mission of cross-border giving in

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in Business or Social Sciences or related field.
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week for part-time internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong written/verbal communication.
• Keen interest in the non-profit sector and cross-border giving.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Undertake prospect research and monitor philanthropic landscape.
• Maintain accurate donor and prospect records in the database; data sanitation.
• Assist in generating reports on donor and prospect tracking.
• Provide administrative support for stakeholder engagement events and initiatives.
• Support other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to be a part of the Development and Engagement (D&E) team on a full or part-time basis. The intern will take on duties to support the growth of the organisation in areas such prospect research, data management and assist with the engagement of stakeholders through various touchpoints. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in non‑profit fundraising and stakeholder engagement while working closely with other departments in Asia Community Foundation (ACF). This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Development and Partnerships.

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) is an independent, trusted giving platform that catalyzes funding at scale with informed, efficient grant‑making for donors acting individually or collectively. Singapore‑based, this charitable organisation supports individuals, families, and institutions as their trusted partner in purposeful philanthropy.

Established in 2022 by a group of philanthropists from Asia Philanthropy Circle, ACF was born out of the pressing need for a regional platform to facilitate cross‑border giving in Asia. Our mission is to promote purposeful giving in Asia by connecting donors and nonprofits to achieve greater results than they could on their own. As a community, we believe that we can create positive change and address some of the most pressing socioeconomic and environmental issues facing Asia today.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake research of philanthropic landscape & pipeline of prospects for ACF
• Maintainaccurateandupdated recordsofdonors and prospectsin database,includingdatasanitation
• Assist in generating reports on donor and prospect tracking
• Provide administrative support with ACF stakeholder engagement events and initiatives
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Business, Social Sciences or related fields
• Able to commit at least 3 days a week(for part‑time commitment)
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
