Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive - Expression of Interest to oversee on-site cleaning operations, ensure high service standards, and secure client satisfaction.

You will inspect sites daily, review staff performance, and coordinate schedules within budget while supporting supervisors and managing inventories. A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in facilities management, operations, hospitality or related field.
• Experience in cleaning services or facilities operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to supervise cleaning staff and coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cleaning operations on-site, ensuring staff perform duties and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Review the performance of cleaning staff and adjust cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Conduct daily site inspections and weekly night spot checks to uphold standards.
• Provide support and guidance to cleaning supervisors.
• Track consumables, manage inventory within budget to minimize wastage.
• Assist the Cleaning Manager with requests and tasks as needed.
• Drive and maintain the company van, ensuring safe operation and compliance.
• Assist with carpet cleaning and marble polishing as required, or supervise such tasks.
