You will lead cleaning staff, coordinate schedules, monitor quality, manage inventory, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding health and safety standards to deliver reliable, cost-efficient cleaning operations.

• Inventory management of supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and client-specific protocols.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Resolve issues, complaints, or conflicts during operations.
