Job summary

You'll lead a small team, communicate client feedback to the crew, and enforce health and safety rules while maintaining service quality and efficiency at client locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial/industrial cleaning with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and basic problem solving.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals, safety regulations, PPE use.
• Able to stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules for all cleaning staff.
• Inspect cleaned areas regularly to ensure hygiene and standards.
• Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new cleaners on methods and equipment use.
• Check that cleaning tools and machines are safe and well-maintained.
• Report low stock levels of chemicals to management.
• Listen to client requests or feedback on-site and follow up with the team.
• Enforce workplace health and safety rules and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
