Job summary

Grade Solution Learning Centre is seeking a receptive, organized receptionist/operations executive to support its Parkway Centre, Marine Parade location. You will manage daily operations, arrange makeup classes, set up registration pages, and handle CRM tasks, while following up on leads and assisting with admin duties.

The role requires warmth with parents, reliability, and willingness to train via Zoom. Sagely integrated into a fast-moving education business, join a friendly team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Proficient with Zoom and Google Drive.
• Based in Singapore and able to converse in Chinese with parents.
• Willing to attend training via Zoom.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and people-focused.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations for the whole centre.
• Arranging makeup classes for students.
• Setting up registration pages and managing our CRM.
• Following up on leads.
• Handling parent enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Supporting ad-hoc admin duties as needed.
