Job summary

A-IT SOFTWARE SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a senior operations and finance lead to oversee daily business activities and administrative functions. You will design and enforce policies, monitor performance via KPIs, and drive productivity through process improvements across departments.

You will manage vendor contracts, staffing, and capacity planning while guiding the finance and accounting team, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and administration
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies; lead process-improvement initiatives to drive productivity
• Establish and track operational KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance review
• Ensure adequate staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning to support business growth
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing accounts and administration team
• Evaluate and implement operational systems and technology (e.g, CRM) to improve efficiency
• Direct the finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial performance meets targets
• Ensure compliance with tax filings, financial regulations, and accounting standards; coordinate with external accountants/auditors
• Provide the CEO with financial reporting, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
