Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Finance Intern to support finance analysis and data-driven decision making in its Kallang, Singapore operations. You will work with Global Operations Finance to drive performance through reporting, analytics, and collaboration across regional teams.

The role offers exposure to manufacturing operations, cost optimization, and business partnering, with an emphasis on learning and mentorship for interns starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Finance, Business Partnering, Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with data, presenting insights, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Finance Analysis and Reporting: assist monthly financial reporting and performance analysis for Global operations.
• Data Analytics & Visualization: extract, cleanse, and validate data; provide actionable insights from large datasets.
• Supply Chain Performance Management: monitor inventory, productivity, logistics, and KPIs, evaluate drivers of financial results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with procurement, Industrialization and Factory teams; support internal process improvement projects.
