Job summary

Evolution Data Centres is offering a Finance Intern role in Singapore for a three-month period. The internship focuses on Oracle ERP migration, daily accounts payable tasks, and supporting statutory audits for regional entities.

You will work with the regional team, gain exposure to a live migration project, multi-entity payables, and external audit processes, all within a hands-on learning environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Available for a continuous three-month period starting ASAP.
• Strong Excel skills — comfortable with lookups, pivot tables, filtering and working with large data sets.
• Careful and accurate, with a genuine eye for detail — much of this role is checking that one set of numbers agrees to another.
• Organised and able to keep track of many open items at once, and to follow up without being reminded.
• Clear written English, and comfortable corresponding professionally with vendors and auditors.
• Able to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle ERP data migration including extraction, cleansing and formatting.
• Process employee expense claims and enter supplier invoices with correct coding.
• Assist with accounts payable ageing and supplier statement reconciliation.
• Support audit data collection for Philippines and Thailand entities.
