New Hope CSL in Singapore is seeking an Operations, Facilities & Programme Executive to support day-to-day management of the COI centre. You will coordinate centre operations, bookings, hospitality and programme delivery, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and alignment with community objectives.

The role works with staff, caretakers, vendors and volunteers to handle enquiries, maintain facilities, support internships and manage events and budgets.

Competenze

• GCE O-Level or Diploma in relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant facilities, operations or administration experience.
• Experience coordinating programmes, bookings and vendor management is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Coordinate centre operations and booking management, including enquiries and confirmations.
• Coordinate room setup, AV/equipment, F&B and other operational needs for bookings and events.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inventory and facility supplies.
• Support staff, interns, cleaners, volunteers and caretakers for centre activities.
• Assist in programme planning, budgeting, registration and logistics for events.
• Prepare basic financial records, invoices and management reports; support procurement.
