RichLand Logistics Services Pte Ltd. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage cargo sorting and inbound/outbound checks within the warehouse. Ensure all documentation is complete and shipments are released with proper documents.

Role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and independent work ethic. You will coordinate daily deliveries, follow up with customers on status, and collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehousing/logistics and supervisory/executive role.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
• Self motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable using computers and basic technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sort cargo/goods by shipment destination and move within the warehouse.
• Be accountable for cargo movement and ensure inbound goods checked on receipt.
• Ensure outbound shipments are released only with required documents.
• Confirm receiver acknowledges outbound cargo in good condition.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor and document them.
• Canvas cargo/goods outside the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain general warehouse upkeep.
• Execute daily operations per established processes and procedures.
• Escalate service issues to the supervisor.
• Liaise with customers on delivery status and follow up on expedited shipments.
• Submit timely reports and ensure accurate shipment information.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams for seamless information flow.
• Update shipment status in the system.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Warehouse Management:

• Sorting of cargo/goods by shipment destination.


• Be accountable for the cargo/goods movement within the warehouse.


• To ensure all inbound cargo/goods, together with supporting documents are thoroughly checked upon receiving.


• To ensure all outbound shipments, must only be released upon submission of relevant supporting documents by the receiver.


• To ensure the receiver acknowledges all outbound cargo (through proper documentation) in good condition.


• Any discrepancy(s) must be immediately reported to the superior and documented.


• Any cargo/goods outside the warehouse must be properly canvassed.


• General warehouse maintenance.

Delivery/Customer Management:

• To execute daily operations in accordance with the processes and procedures established.


• To report any service-related issues, escalations, or failures to the supervisor.


• To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.


• To perform proper follow up procedures on all expedited shipments.


• To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.


• To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.


• To update shipment status into the system.


• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
