Job summary

GREATSOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Daily Operations role in Singapore to monitor cleaning supply usage, supervise stewards, and maintain equipment to meet cleaning standards. The candidate will track utility and production metrics, and coordinate workflow on production lines to achieve targets and quality requirements.

This position requires weekend shifts with 8- to 10-hour days and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with opportunities to learn and adapt within a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Close monitoring of cleaning supplies usage and right chemicals for dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• Upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure available and serviceable at all times.
• Ensure machineries are working efficiently and in accordance to cleaning requirements.
• Track utility rate, machine capacity, reject rate, breakage rate and on-time delivery.
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards.

Daily Operations

• Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• Ensure machineries are working efficiently and accordance to the cleaning requirement.
• To keep track and measure utility rate, machine capacity, reject rate, breakage rate and on time delivery
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• High level of flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn
• Require to work weekend shift (able to work 8-10 hours shift)
• Need 2 years of relevant experience
