Job summary

RushOwl in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support Singapore Operations and the delivery of Transportation Solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with stakeholders across the passenger–driver ecosystem and building a brand that passengers trust and love.

This full-time role reports to senior management and involves night shifts (11pm–8am), focusing on efficient, data-driven decisions and continuous process improvement to meet service expectations.

• Assist in Area Planning processes.
• Assist in Resource Deployment to meet trips.

• Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.
• Document data timely for future actionable case studies.
• Conduct transportation analysis considering trip service levels and time windows.

About the Role

As an Operations Executive, your primary goal is to support Singapore Operations and the delivery of RushOwl’s Transportation Solutions.

You're the behind-the-scenes hero who is always seeking to make things efficient & convenient for others. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting and are open to communicating with all stakeholders across our passenger-driver ecosystem.

You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.

So what does a typical workweek look like for you?

• Assist in the Area Planning process.
• Assist in Resource Deployment to ensure trip fulfillment is met.
• Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided.
• Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.
• Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable case studies.
• Conduct detailed transportation analysis, with the consideration of trip service levels, constraints/time windows,

Other Important Information

• This is a Full-Time Role, applicable to those in Singapore.
