Qualifications

Business Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of business challenges, using data and analysis to identify issues, opportunities and practical solutions.
• Monitor business performance, customer/driver behaviour, competitors and regulatory changes to support business decisions.
• Assess business opportunities, costs and potential outcomes, and measure the effectiveness of new initiatives.
• Support driver acquisition and retention programmes, as well as onboarding, support, compliance and day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to implement projects, improve processes and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate operational data and documentation while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
