Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding) in Singapore to manage shipment documentation and coordinate collection/delivery to meet cut-off times.

The role requires preparing shipments, customer follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships at Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang). Applicants should have a Diploma/ITE in Logistics with at least 2 years of freight forwarding experience; Sysfreight knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Logistics/SCM is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation for all shipments and plan collection/delivery to meet cut-off times.
• Prepare and process shipments.
• Follow up with customers on shipment status and maintain good customer relationships.
• Maintain regular contact to understand and forecast customer requirements.
• Close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.

Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang)

Job Scope:

• To handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
• Preparing and processing of shipments
• Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers' request.
• Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
• Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding
• Knowledge ofSysfreightwill be an added advantage.
