Achieve Group represents a global commodities trading client seeking an Operations Executive to support end-to-end execution of physical commodity trades across international markets. The role involves coordinating shipments, contract execution, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidate has 5-6 years of commodity execution or operations experience, with exposure to sugar or agri commodities and familiarity with shipping and trade docs.

Formación

• 5-6 years of commodity execution / operations experience.
• Experience in sugar, agri commodities or other physical commodities preferred.
• Good understanding of international shipping and trade documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contract execution and shipment planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shippers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle shipping documentation, invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Manage claims, settlements and related operational matters.
• Monitor shipments closely and proactively resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant commodity execution / operations experience
• Experience in sugar, agri commodities or other physical commodities preferred
• Good understanding of international shipping and trade documentation
• Familiarity with LCs, LOIs, charter parties and demurrage/laytime will be advantageous
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
